Please keep the following general precautions for all customers who use GENETICA HORIZON service.

 

 

 

1. Fill in the necessary information and write your name, address, e-mail address, etc. accurately. Various information needed for data storage and customer management are dealt with in order to protect personal information. The resulting report will only appear with the name you want. It appears only as a unique number consisting of the customer number and date.

 

2. For each service, your order will be completed once payment is completed. However, for GENETICA_NK, you will be contacted via telephone and scheduled. After the schedule is set, the service will proceed when the payment is completed.

 

3. You will receive a test kit within one week of ordering. Please read the test kit and collect the oral epithelial cells according to the order and send them to the head office.

 

4. We will send you a report containing the results within 10 days of receiving the oral epithelial cells. It can take more time if DNA is mutated or contaminated during harvest. Genetic samples may be collected once again during storage or during contamination or contamination during transport.

Precautions for use by service

​

1. For GENETICA PACKAGE [GENETICA_EDU, GENETICA_DP], you will receive a gene sample collection kit once your order is placed. The kit must be sent to the laboratory before the test can begin.

2. If the parent of GENETICA PACKAGE adds GENETICA_DP, there will be an additional cost of 1900 CW per person. For example, if a mother and a father make a GENETICA_DP, an additional cost of 3800 CW will be incurred. For GENETICA_DP for disease prediction, only the customer who inspects the GENETICA_EDU will be provided with an additional cost of 1900  CW for the service. This is a special service for parents. It provides a good opportunity to know about 15 diseases.

3. If more than one test is required, double-check the test kit. Two test kits are required if students and parents check them simultaneously. Both kits should be kept separately for contamination prevention and one person kit should be used per person. Your name must be on the outside of the kit.

4. Skin, hair and diet(fitness) services are not currently available.

5. Please use the order form for detailed order and check the service. Transfer the cost to the designated account. Vouchers, gift vouchers, promotional activities or services provided by partner companies are only allowed to the extent permitted by law. Item preference can only be used once and can not be transferred to another person.

Order Process

Genetic analysis is something you can do by providing your own genetic information. When the oral epithelial cells are extracted and sent to the laboratory, the laboratory analyzes it and produces the results. Therefore, after ordering, you should take a sample collection kit and collect samples and send them back to the lab. Samples should be taken with care to avoid contamination during sampling. If it can not be shipped immediately, store it in the refrigerator and send it. Be careful when packaging, as exposure to too high a temperature can cause the sample to deteriorate or become contaminated.
