To use the GENETICA HORIZON service, please follow the procedure below.

1. Please fill in the name, address and e-mail after marking the necessary examination.

​

2. When payment is completed, your order will be completed.

​

3. You will receive a test kit within one week of placing your order. Please read the test kit and collect the oral epithelial cells according to the order and send them to the head office.

​

4. Within 10 days of receiving the oral epithelial cells, we will send you a report with your results. It can take more time if DNA is mutated or contaminated during harvesting.

Notes on using the service

​

1.Genetic information services for skins, hair, and cancer are services for parents of students who have examined GENETICA_EDU. This is a special service for parents of students who have examined GENETICA_EDU.

2.If you do not need a parent, you do not need to place an order. Parents can choose one service. If you need more than one inspection service, please contact us.

​

3.If you need more than two tests, be sure to check the test kit again. Two test kits are required if the student and his / her parents examine at the same time.

​

4.The two kits must be stored in different containers. Please keep separate to prevent contamination.

​

5. Please use the order sheet for detail order and check the service. Please make sure you transfer the cost at the designated account.
